Nebojsa graduated from Boston University with engineering degree (biomedical). In the past, he worked for IBM and Fujitsu-Siemens. Nebojsa started with engineering and sales positions and moved onto various management roles including regional positions. In the past couple of years Nebojsa lead Saga's management and helped the company focus on new technologies and products. Chatbots and AI are prominent in that effort and he is proud to say Saga has great technology solutions in production.

Đorđe Filipovic is the founder and CEO of digital studio, which handles development of unique solutions for Web and Mobile through UX / UI, Development and Data Science. In addition to the startups, Đorđe also worked for a large corporation PPR Group with more than 30 e-commerce web sites around the world. Now, through 30Hills, it cooperates with large corporations in the digitization process such as SoGe Bank, PwC, LafargeHolcim, Mozzart, NELT, NIS, Alkemy and FashionCompany.

As CHRO of Nelt Group, Milica manages all aspects of human capital management for more than 3,000 people across multiple markets in the Balkans and Africa. Prior to joining Nelt in 2017, Milica was a management consultant at McKinsey, working on engagements in pharmaceutical industry across Western Europe and the United States.
